Cancel fees

You're charged a fee for canceling a ride when either of these occur:

*5 minutes or more pass since you requested the ride

*Your driver is on time to arrive within 5 minutes of the original estimated arrival time

*Online reservations, we may charge a cancellation fee should you cancel any time after a driver accepts your ride request.

*If you cancel a scheduled ride within 30 minutes of the pickup, we'll charge a $1.50 cancellation fee.

Credit Card "ping"

Why you can ignore the 'ping' to your credit card account for $5.00:

For first time card users it is just to check that the card is genuine. Then the pending transaction disappears and the account is debited for the actual value of the transaction. But the pending transaction for $5.00 is clearly identified as Eco Taxi's and it disappears when the transaction is debited next day, not a week later..

No Show Fees

*If you cancel a scheduled ride within 1 hour of a reservation of airports we'll charge a $1.50 cancellation fee.

*No show fees OIA is $40. No show fees SFB is $15. Local no show fees is $1.50

Cancellations are subject to apply: fee includes gas, wait time of 25% of fare and any processing fee.
